The Dorset Game Birds (DGB) is a non profit making organisation formed in 2006 by four lady shots, who while relaxing in the pub after a weekend shooting felt that it was a sport sadly lacking in an abundance of females. After some discussion as to why this might be, they set about rectifying the situation and the Dorset Game Birds was born. The DGB is an organisation dedicated to making shooting accessible for women. The aims of the group are to: Offer a safe, supportive and friendly entrance into the world of shooting for women.
